1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the parties mentioned below, within the terms and conditions specified below.
SELLER: Epidotte (Levinson Deri San. ve Tic. A.Ş.)
BUYER: The natural or legal person who purchases products from the website www.epidotte.com within the framework of this agreement. The address and contact information used by the BUYER when purchasing the product will be considered the buyer's address and contact information.
By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that, if they approve the order subject to the agreement, they will be obliged to pay the cost of the order and any additional fees stated, such as shipping fees and taxes, if any, and that they have been informed in this regard.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall express the written explanations opposite them.

REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods, performed or promised to be performed for a fee or benefit,
SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf or account of the provider,
BUYER: The real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERER: The real or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's internet site,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Movable property subject to trade and intangible goods such as software, sound, images, etc., prepared for use in electronic environments,
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's internet site.
The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. The advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices advertised for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The essential characteristics of the good/product/products/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER's internet site. If a campaign has been organized by the seller, you can examine the essential characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period. It is valid until the campaign date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. The advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices advertised for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price, payment method, alternative product preference of the product/products/service subject to the Agreement consist of the information at the time the order is finalized.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the SELLER's internet site, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the agreement is delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the internet site, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In cases where the distance contract concerns the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods without giving any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to them or to the person/entity at the address indicated by them.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or explicit personal needs, such as underwear bottom pieces, make-up products, and single-use products, are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payment by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake to pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and to be responsible to the bank.
13. AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes arising from this agreement, complaints and objections will be made to the consumer arbitration board or consumer court at the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when they complete the payment for the order placed through the Site.
